Kylie Gamas
PRESIDENT

The President shall coordinate monthly scheduled board meetings, shall preside or arrange for other executive members to preside at each meeting in the following order: Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Member at Large. The President shall oversee committees on special subjects and act as the face of the organization when meeting with businesses or other organizations. The President shall help in ensuring that all laws and regulations set forth by the state of North Dakota and the federal government for non-profit organizations are followed. This position will require a background check. This position is a voting member of the Executive Board. 

TOPHER SLADE
TREASURER

The Treasurer shall make a report at each board meeting to the financial status of the organization. The treasurer shall oversee the preparation and execution of the annual budget, help develop fundraising plans, oversee annual tax reporting requirements for North Dakota and federal non-profits and make financial information available to board members and the public. This position will require a background check. The Treasurer shall help in ensuring that all laws all laws and regulations set forth by the state of North Dakota and the federal government for non-profit organizations are followed. This position is a voting member of the Executive Board. 

Carlos Bermudez
VICE PRESIDENT

The Vice President shall oversee committees on special subjects as designated by the board, and act as President when necessary. The Vice President shall also act as the fact of the organization when meeting with businesses or other organizations. The Vice President shall help in ensuring that all laws and regulations set forth by the state of North Dakota and the federal government for non-profit organizations are followed. This position will require a background check. This position is a voting member of the Executive Board. 

 

James C. Falcon
SECRETARY

The Secretary shall be responsible for keeping records of board actions, including overseeing the taking of minutes at all board meetings, distributing copies of minutes and the meeting agenda to each board member, and assuring that corporate records are maintained and safely stored. The secretary shall help in ensuring that all laws and regulations set forth by the state of North Dakota and the federal government for non-profit organizations are followed. This position is a voting member of the Executive Board. 

Brandon Magtalas
MEMBER AT LARGE

The Member at Large shall represent the general population with flexible time commitments and responsibilities, and help oversee committees on special subjects as designated by the board. The Member at Large shall help in ensuring that all laws and regulations set forth by the state of North Dakota and the federal government for non-profit organizations are followed. This position is a voting member of the Executive Board.   

Denise Dodd
YOUTH AMBASSADOR

The Youth Ambassador shall be a part of and represent the youth population -- ages 12 to 17 -- with flexible time commitments and responsibilities. The Youth Ambassador will help oversee committees on youth-related subjects, as designated by the board, and outreach to local youth GLBT groups, i.e. Gay Straight Alliance organizations within the school system.
